The Ukrainian investor in Cyprus was robbed for 250 thousand euros

A 66-year-old Ukrainian citizen who had previously obtained a Cyprus passport under the Citizenship for Investment program applied to the Cyprus police. The man filed a theft report, the damage from which amounted to about 250 thousand euros.

The victim said that unknown people broke into his house, located in the village of Tremitus, and stole women’s and men’s watches and jewelry. The CNA specifies that the stolen jewelry was not insured.

The police found that the thieves entered the house through a closed but unlocked balcony door. The investigation is ongoing.
