Today the European Parliament honored the memory of the French history teacher who died on October 16.
Samuel Paty was beheaded by an Islamic terrorist for showing cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed as an illustration of his thesis on freedom of speech during the lesson. Teacher addressed to pupils of Muslim religion beforehand and suggested them not to offend their feelings, close their eyes or leave the class for a while.
Today, French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin announced that 230 radical Islamists who are currently in prison will be expelled from the country.
At the moment, 15 people are involved in the murder of a teacher. It is possible that this figure will increase.
Posthumously, Samuel Paty will be awarded the Order of the Legion of Honor, which is awarded for outstanding service to the country in times of peace or war.
