Fry fish without oil and splash

Have you ever tried frying fish in a frying pan without a drop of butter, splash and bad smell?

But there is a way and the main secret is baking paper.

There it is:

The fish fillet should be washed and dried on a paper towel. After that, rub it with spices and let it stand for a while. To emphasize the taste of fish use seasonings such as black and red pepper, fennel, basil, a traditional lemon slice.

Put the baking paper right in the frying pan and put the fish fillet on it. The fire shouldn’t be strong, otherwise everything will burn.

And fry it for about 7-10 minutes on each side.

It’s done in 15-20 minutes, no splashes, no fat, no carcinogens.
