A €120,000 watch stolen at the gym in Limassol
A Limassol resident had his €120,000 watch and cash stolen while he was working out at the gym of a well-known hotel, reports Reporter.
The 35-year-old businessman arrived at the gym around 8pm the night before, locked his expensive watch and €1,650 in cash in a locker in the changing room and left to work out. When he returned, he found the locker open and the contents gone.
The man immediately went to the police. The police interviewed witnesses and collected evidence against the 23-year-old gym-goer. The man was arrested, searched and found the stolen watch.
