A 13-year-old boy, a pupil of a private school, was hospitalized in Limassol. He was attacked by two people and several times hit with a hammer.

The attackers were teenagers themselves, 13 and 15 years old. It is assumed that the attack was the result of a conflict because of disagreements in an online game that all three were fond of.
The injured teenager was hospitalized with head injuries. He first went to a general hospital in Limassol, then was transferred to the Gyumri Hospital as a precautionary measure. He was transferred to the Macariosa Hospital in Nicosia as a precaution. The law enforcement authorities were investigating the details of the incident.
