The first H&M store in Limassol will spread over three floors
The first H&M store will appear in Limassol – Swedish chain of clothes, accessories and shoes will share a building with a hotel called Limassol Brown Hotel for 120 rooms. The investor in these enterprises are common, reports CCI Limassol.
Boutique hotel will be located on the main shopping street of the city Anexartisias, in the building of the former shopping center ESEL. It will have one floor, and the H&M store is planned to occupy 1500 sq.m. of building area.
The store is expected to be launched in May 2021 – the hotel will start operating according to plans by the end of 2022.
