Cyprus Environmental Protection Department has agreed on the plans of Crona Art LLC to implement the elite project Sea Horizon Tower. The tower will be built in Pareklisia near the Amara Hotel.

In a 12-storey building 50 meters high will be 20 luxury apartments – 12 with two bedrooms, 8 – with three. The project provides two swimming pools – outdoor and indoor, sauna, hammam, gym, cinema, massage room, playground, overground and underground parking.
The total area of the land plot will be 6058 sq.m., of which 980 will be given for public space with greenery.

The stated project implementation period is two years, provided there are no delays.
