The British will release those entering the quarantine early for money

Britain will shorten the period of mandatory self-isolation for foreigners coming from states that are not on the list of safe “tourist corridors,” informs the BBC. Starting from December 15, the quarantine will be mandatory to spend not two weeks, but only five days.

At the end of this period, applicants can pay 65-120 pounds sterling for a coronavirus test and, in the case of a negative result, be free in a day or two.

British authorities believe that such a scheme will support the sphere of international travel, not to the detriment of sanitary safety. The decision is aimed at the local tourism industry and the citizens of the United Kingdom, who will be able to rest abroad in the winter season without the need for long isolation on return. But the possibility of tourist trips to England will also appear in other countries.
