Russia may restore flights with the UAE and some CIS countries in September

The UAE is negotiating with Russia to resume regular flights between the countries in September. Kirghizia, Kazakhstan and Armenia announced their readiness to launch flights to Russia in early autumn.

“Negotiations are being held with the UAE aviation authorities. They are ready to restore air communication with Russia on terms of reciprocity. There is also information about plans to resume flights to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Armenia. Everybody is hoping to expand the list from the headquarters”, a source from aviation circles commented on the situation.

The UAE authorities plan to fully resume flights with Russia by mid-September and accept not only certain categories of citizens but also tourists.

This is good news for tourists, as they will be able to spend time at sea in winter.
