Musicians, actors and artists of Cyprus will receive 900 euros each
The Cypriot government has decided to pay a support allowance to cultural workers – according to the Minister of Education, Culture and Sports Prodromos Prodromou, the amount of financial aid to musicians, actors and artists will be 900 euros.
The financial assistance from the state can be claimed by those artists, whose income has plummeted during the pandemic COVID-19. Applications are accepted by the Department of Culture under the Ministry of Education.
Recall that this is the second targeted payment to Cypriot artists – the first they received in mid-summer.
