More than 900 cases of coronavirus were reported in Cyprus in 24 hours

Cyprus has renewed its sad record of COVID-19 cases – 907 infected people have been identified in the country as of December 29.

In four hospitals today there are 154 patients with coronavirus (42 of them are in serious condition). The total number of Cypriots who died from COVID-19, reached 117 – there are 76 men and 41 women, mostly elderly.

Recall, the previous record for the incidence of coronavirus was set a day earlier, on December 28, and amounted to 751 people, and before that throughout December the daily increase did not exceed the threshold of 500 people.
