Humanitarian aid will leave Cyprus to Lebanon on Tuesday

According to the Cyprus News Agency (CNA), today, Monday, all the humanitarian cargo collected by Cypriots for the victims of the Lebanon bombing will be ready for shipment to Beirut.

Over the weekend, volunteers have collected and packed a large quantity of the necessary dry food, according to the Commissioner for Volunteers.

On Tuesday, the humanitarian aid will arrive for loading on the IKARIA ship of the Greek Navy in Limassol. And most likely on the same day, accompanied by the island’s military and civil defence personnel, will depart to Lebanon.
