Filling in the customs declaration at the Cyprus post office will become compulsory

Cyprus Post has announced important changes to the regulations for sending mail abroad that will take effect on January 1. Filling out an electronic form with shipping and transfer data (customs declaration) will now become mandatory.

It is possible to fill in the declaration form on the website. There is no need to print out the form – it is enough to fill in all the mandatory fields according to the instructions, write down the number assigned to the parcel afterwards, and bring it with you to the post office.

The new rules apply to all parcels with any goods to countries outside the European Union, including EPG and EMS Datapost services, regardless of destination and content.
