Euros, pounds and jewellery stolen from an elderly British woman in Paphos
Euros, pounds and jewellery were stolen in Paphos as a 74-year-old local woman reported a burglary to police, according to Reporter.
The British elderly woman, who lives in the village of Tala, told police that burglars had gained access to her home during her absence the previous day. They broke into a safe and stole €3,000, £1,000 and jewellery of an as-yet unspecified value.
The police are looking for the intruders and are getting all the details of what happened.
