Cyprus will have a water taxi and a tram
The first water taxis may soon appear in Larnaca.
This will happen after the two refineries are dismantled.
Water taxis, as a form of alternative transport, are part of a large-scale development plan for the coastal zone of the resort town, along with the emergence of high-speed bus services and even trams.
The long-term plans include tramways along the entire Larnaca coast. This will be convenient for both locals and tourists.
The municipality of Larnaca has confirmed that investment in projects has already been made.
