Cyprus industry sank by 9% as a result of the “Covid” summer
The index of industrial turnover in Cyprus for the first eight months of 2020 decreased by 8.6% compared to the same period in 2019, according to Statistics Cyprus.
Specifically, in August, this figure decreased by 11.4% compared to last August.
In manufacturing, the index for August 2020 is recorded by 6.1% less than a year earlier.
