British leave Cyprus before quarantine is mandatory

The British leave Cyprus in a hurry to avoid forced self-isolation for 14 days on arrival – this measure is introduced by the British government for travelers flying into the country from Cyprus, it comes into force in November.

A total of eight flights are planned from Larnaca to various British airports with 1659 passengers. Also in this direction will be 20 departures from the airport of Paphos.

Six airlines will operate flights with the British to and from the airports of Cyprus: British Airways, Easy Jet, Wizz, Ryan Air, Jet 2 and Tui, which announced that in early November will stop air travel between the two countries.

According to Hermes Airports, from October 26 to November 1, there were 91 flights from Larnaca, namely 41 arrivals and 50 departures in the direction Cyprus – UK. During the same period 113 flights were made from Paphos airport: 55 arrivals and 58 departures.
