Androlikou fire extinguished
A fire in the village of Androlikou, located 5 km southwest of Polis Chrysochous, killed about three hectares of stubble and wild shrubs, said the fire department on Monday afternoon.
The fire started around 13.00 and was extinguished after about 30 minutes.
About a dozen firefighters, four fire crews and one airplane took part in extinguishing. The exact cause of the fire is being investigated.
