Cyprus Health Minister asks to wear masks to avoid another lockdown
Minister of Health of the Republic of Cyprus Konstantinos Ioannou asked all residents of the island to observe epidemiological protocols, not to ignore the social distance and be sure to wear masks in crowded places.
“Lets not allow to destroy what we have achieved by sacrificing a lot” – wrote the Minister on his Twitter page.
Since, in the event of an increase in the number of those infected with coronavirus Cyprus will be forced to impose additional restrictive measures on the island, as in Israel, which from 18 September will be closed for 3 weeks of strict quarantine.
