Only 28 airlines, against 70 last year, operate flights to Cyprus in 2020.
The following airlines are already flying to Larnaca and Paphos airports, or are planning to do so soon:
Aegean, Air Baltic, Air Serbia, Austrian Airlines, Blue Air, British Airways, Bulgaria Air, Buzz, Chair Airlines, Condor, Cyprus Airways, EasyJet, Edelweiss Air AG, Emirates Airlines, Eurowings, Israir, Jet2, LOT, Lufthansa, Middle East Airlines, Qatar Airways, Ryanair, SAS, Swiss International Airlines, Transavia, TUI Fly Deutschland, TUI Fly Nordic, Wizz Air.
From Monday, August 17, British airline Jet2 will resume its flights to Cyprus.
It will carry passengers from London, Birmingham, Derby, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle.
If the situation does not change negatively, other British airlines will also resume flights to the island.
A large number of other airlines, including Russian ones, are still waiting for the epidemiological situation to improve. Many of them have already received flight permits from the Department of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Cyprus.
