The law on payment of VAT in six installments for six months has been approved
The plenary session of the Cyprus parliament unanimously approved by 52 votes the law that allows the payment of VAT suspended due to restrictive measures with six equal monthly payments within six months.
The first installment must be paid by November 10, 2020 and the last one by April 10, 2021.
The proposed amendment concerns VAT obligations for tax periods ending February 29, March 31 and April 30, 2020, for which VAT obligations are suspended until November 10.
