The “CyprusFlightPass” support service will be launched soon
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works of the Republic of Cyprus announced the establishment of a support service for travellers from abroad.
The Help Desk will be operational from August 1, 2020 and will be able to assist all tourists who have difficulties in obtaining a CyprusFlightPass permit. The permit is mandatory for all those arriving in the country.
All requests will be processed either by phone + (357) 24841234 or in writing via the electronic platform: https://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/en/contact-us.
Help desk opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00 Cypriot time.
Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Cyprus time.
