From today, the decision to apply emergency measures in the two cities of Cyprus – Limassol and Paphos comes into force.
Now all sports, social and other activities involving children under 18 years of age are temporarily suspended. Since the residents of the two cities have many questions about this, the authorities have published explanations.
So, the restrictions are applied to the following activities:
– Team sports such as soccer, basketball, handball, volleyball, futsal, etc.
– Swimming in pools,
– Martial arts,
– Dancing,
– Theater,
– Group lessons on vocals and playing musical instruments,
– Chorus.
However, it is still possible to conduct classes when it is individual and the child is alone with the coach/teacher.
For example, if a child learns to play the piano individually in a music school or at home, then such a lesson is allowed.
