Restrictive measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic may prevent people from traveling but not from making love – at least Cypriots and Greeks are doing well on the personal front. This is evidenced by the results of a study conducted by the Athens Andrology Institute.
Scientists state that in many cases couples in the pandemic have become closer and rediscovered the joy of conjugal/partner sex, Philenews reports. More than 3,200 respondents from Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Turkey took part in the thematic survey. They were asked how many times a week they have sex.
The answers showed that Cypriots and Greeks remained the most affectionate in an environment of isolation and general instability. Respondents from these countries reported having intimate contact at least twice a week (the average was 2-2.5). At the same time, the Turks and Italians surveyed had a figure in the neighborhood of 1.5.
