Police in Paphos are looking for the organizers and participants of a 30-person party
Paphos police are looking for the organizers and participants of a party for 30 people – CNA reports that young people rented a house in Episkopi and held a crowded gathering there in defiance of the health ministry’s bans.
The attention of the police was drawn to social media posts posted by the party-goers. The investigation led the police to the probable organizer of the illegal party – a 27-year-old man, who rented a villa for the event. The young man has been detained and is giving a statement.
The police are looking for others in order to prosecute them for violating the health ministry’s decrees.
