In Paralimni, a car worth 40,000 euros was destroyed by an arsonist
In Paralimni last night, firefighters extinguished a fire believed to be the result of deliberate arson. The fire completely destroyed a car worth around 40,000 euros, reports Reporter.
The fire happened around half past two in the morning. The fire managed to spread from the car, which was parked under a shed in the 44-year-old owner’s house, to the building before firefighters arrived to extinguish it. The car burned completely and the house was partially damaged.
An initial inspection of the scene gave police officers reason to consider arson. The investigation is ongoing.
