The Technological University of Cyprus (TEPAK) has signed a contract for the construction of a new student dormitory in Kato Polemidia. There were 42 bidders, which in the end was won by the architectural firm of Eraclis Papachristou.
The cost of the project is 40 million euros and the planned completion date is 2025. The dormitory complex includes 485 living rooms for students, as well as a gym and a cafeteria.
More recently, in October, 180 TEPAK students moved into the new Apollonia Students Halls across from Tsirio Stadium, sponsored by the Cypriot Orthodox Church.
