Cyprus Airways aircraft, which yesterday was supposed to perform its first flight on the Larnaca – Moscow route, left the Russian capital empty – half an hour before departure all passengers were removed from the flight.
“At the last moment we received the information that the receiving party does not give us permission to disembark people in Moscow,” explained the Cyprus Airways press service, adding that the return flight should be already in normal mode.
Rosaviatsia reports that the Cypriot carrier has not received permission to fly because it has not provided a list of people who should have been on board with the flight application.
Cyprus Airways apologizes for the inconvenience and plans to offer passengers several options for further actions. Thus, it is possible to return the cost of the ticket or perform a similar flight on another date.
