Police are investigating a major theft in the Germasogeia district of Limassol – burglars stole more than €200,000 worth of loot, according to Reporter.

The 25-year-old owner of the house told law enforcers that in his absence – between Sunday evening and midday on Monday – unknown offenders had paid a visit to the house. After their visit he was missing three expensive watches, some cash and cars – the total amount of damage was almost 210 000 euros.

Police went to the scene of the theft, examined the premises and gathered evidence. The investigation into the theft is ongoing.
