The owner and manager of a dance school in Limassol is wanted for arrest for threatening the police. According to PhileNews, the man called the police department and stated that his school would be open until 10 p.m., despite the current “anti-Covid” restrictions, and he was ready to shoot anyone who tried to prevent this.
The dancer added that all the support he received from the state in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic is 180 euros, while he is deprived of earnings. Recall, measures introduced last week against the spread of the coronavirus prohibit dance schools until December 31 – plus there is a curfew in Cyprus from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The police want to prosecute the man for making threats. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Law enforcers have already paid a visit to his home, but found no one there.
