Law enforcers in Nicosia are investigating the circumstances surrounding the explosion that occurred in the office of a local company in the early morning.

Shortly before six o’clock in the morning, an explosion occurred on Griva Digeni, near the intersection with Ayoya Omologites. It turned out that the accident scene was the office of one of the city companies. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties, only the company’s property was damaged.

The police have cordoned off the area and are investigating the details of what happened. It is already known that the explosion was caused by an unknown man throwing a grenade inside the building.
