A 120-meter high Neocleous Tower will be built in Limassol
In Limassol, another high-rise tower will appear on Makarios Avenue – developer A. Neocleous Holdings LLC has been approved by the Department of Environmental Protection for the construction of Neocleous Tower building in the center of Limassol.
The height of the 25-storey tower, which was designed by WKK Architects, will be 120 meters. Most of its area will be occupied by offices, as well as business centers, conference halls, apartments, cafes, gym and garden. Four floors will be built at the underground level – there will be a parking lot for 110 cars.
Construction of the Neocleous Tower will begin by the end of 2020 and will last 2.5 years. The cost of the project is estimated at 24 million euros.
