Weekend weather: cool, rainy but no cataclysms
The forecasters promise Cypriots that the coming weekend will bring cold and rainfall after a mostly clear and warm Friday.
Already today, by evening the air temperature will drop to about 12 degrees in the center of the island, in coastal areas it is expected about 14 degrees, in the mountainous areas the thermometer column will drop to +7.
On Saturday, the weather will remain cool. A variable cloudiness is predicted in the morning, and in the afternoon there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains and the coast. On Sunday, rainfall is expected to be less abundant – only in some places rain and some thunderstorms.
