When buying real estate worth from €300,000 an investor receives a permanent residence permit with no expiration date (provided that the investor is the owner of the property for life). In 7 years PMJ gives grounds to apply for naturalization and obtain citizenship of Cyprus.
The program “Citizenship of Cyprus for Investment” provides citizenship for the investor and his family members within six months when buying property worth 500 000 euros and investment of 2.5 million euros for a period of 5 years in the economy of Cyprus (150 000 euros will be non-refundable).

Climate

The typical Mediterranean climate prevails in Cyprus: hot summers, mild winters. Summers are usually hot and dry, winters are rainy, and the number of sunny days per year remains unchanged: about 330 – which means that the sun shines for 11 months a year.
In summer months, you can take shelter from the heat in the mountains, where, on average, 10 degrees cooler than the coast, and there is no suffocating humidity. In winter, snow falls in Troodos, and you can ski there from January to the end of March.

Education, medicine, leisure

Cyprus has an excellent level of education, there are several English and French schools, as well as colleges and universities.
