Rent prices in the capital of the Republic of Cyprus have started to rise

As the hunt for apartments for university students for the new academic year is beginning, prices in Nicosia are on the rise, according to incyprusproperty.com of Philenews and other real estate websites.

Due to the fact that there are many students from abroad and mainly from Greece over the recent past years, the demand for apartments has increased.

In fact, in most ads for apartments new or even a little older, the owners make it clear whether they are aimed strictly at students. And in areas that are adjacent to universities apartments run a little more expensive.

For example, a new fully furnished apartment, with kitchen, refrigerator, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine and air conditioning, which is 63 square metres big, goes for €700.
