Last Sunday in Limassol police arrested a 28-year-old man – he is suspected of attempted seduction of a minor, as well as sending messages with explicit content.

The mother of a 14-year-old girl came to law enforcement for help – the woman found out that her daughter corresponds in social networks with an adult man, who sends her explicit messages and tries to make a date to have sex with her.

The investigation resulted in the arrest of a 28-year-old resident. His computer and phone were seized as evidence. Police will check both this particular case and the hypothesis that the detainee has tried to seduce teens before. If his guilt is proven, he could face up to 10-15 years in prison.
