In Nicosia, safecrackers stole gold and 150,000 in cash from a safe
On Wednesday, a homeowner in Nicosia called the police with a complaint of a major burglary. The burglars’ loot was 150,000 in cash and jewelry.
According to the police, the thieves who broke into the house opened a safe in which there was a large amount of money in cash, as well as jewelry (value is not specified).
Law enforcement agencies are clarifying the exact value of the stolen goods and all the circumstances of the incident. An investigation is under way.
